Discovering your own path to wisdom comes from honoring your own inner wisdom and life experiences and will give you a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

About Briana Clements and the Creation of Wisdom Whispers Softly™:

As a life-long wisdom seeker, after studying and practicing bodywork therapy for three decades, Briana combined her two passions and began teaching wisdom cultivation courses based on body-centered techniques.

Over the years, Briana has studied many different approaches in bodywork, meditation, yoga, qigong, and sound healing. Along the way, she has acquired quite a bit of knowledge and experience in wisdom traditions from around the world; in body-mind practices from a wide variety of disciplines; and, in teaching classes within both holistic and corporate environments.

Briana’s fascination with wisdom traditions and body-mind practices, along with her love of teaching, has evolved into a passion for creating and teaching workshops in which participants deepen their connection to their own inner wisdom and forge their own method for cultivating wisdom. Classes are non-denominational and inter-cultural: They are for anyone of any faith or no faith.

Briana is a Certified Meditation and Contemplative Studies Facilitator, a Certified Bodywork Therapist, a Certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, and a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. She is also a professional member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) and AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association).

In her spare time, Briana volunteers Animal Reiki at local shelter and rescue organizations.
