How do I Post a Classifieds Ad?
  1. Login as a Graduate or Employer
  2. Mouse over Classifieds
  3. Select Create and Ad
  4. Complete the details
  5. Click Preview
  6. Review your listing, if it is correct click on Publish Listing, if there are errors click on Edit Listing
  7. To view, edit or remove your ads mouse over Classifieds and select Manage my Ads
How do I Search Classifieds Ads?
  1. Login as a Graduate or Employer
  2. Mouse over Classifieds
  3. Select Search Classifieds
  4. Enter a Keyword and or Location
  5. Click Search
How do I View Classified Ads by Category?
  1. Login as a Graduate or Employer
  2. Mouse over Classifieds
  3. Select Browse Classifieds
  4. Select the Category or sub Category to view (Items with a 0 have not classifieds in them.)

Employers

How do I Register as an Employer?
  1. Click on Employers
  2. Click on Register
  3. Fill in your information
  4. Use the Invitation code provided by Career Services
How do I Create a Company for My Job Posts
  1. Login as a Employer
  2. Click on My Companies
  3. Click on Add New Company
  4. Add company information
  5. Click Save Company
How do I Post a Job?
  1. Login as a Employer
  2. Click Add Job
  3. Complete the information
  4. Click Save Job
How do I View Jobs I Posted?
  1. Login as a Employer
  2. Click on My Jobs

Graduates

How do I Register as a Graduate?
  1. Click on Graduates
  2. Click on Register
  3. Fill in your information
  4. Use the Invitation code provided
How do I Add a Resume?
  1. Login as a Graduate
  2. Click My Resumes
  3. Click Add Resume
  4. Complete the form and attach your resume (Resume must be either a PDF or Word Document)
  5. Click Save
How do I Add a Cover Letter?
  1. Login as a Graduate
  2. Click on Control Panel
  3. Scroll down and click Add
  4. Cover Letters
  5. Complete the form
  6. Click Save Cover Letter
How do I List my Practice in the Locate a Practitioners Directory?

Allow your profile to be visible

  1. Login as a Graduate
  2. Click My Profile
  3. Click Privacy Settings
  4. Set Who can view your profile to Everyone
  5. Set Hide my profile from Member Directory to Yes (This is an internal feature that is not used)
  6. Click Save

Create a profile that will be displayed in the Locate a Practitioners Directory

  1. Click on Profile
  2. Click on Edit
  3. Complete the form
  4. Click Save Changes

Set your location so your profile can be searched in the Locate a Practitioners Directory

  1. Click Location
  2. Click Address
  3. Complete the form
  4. Click Update Location

If you want to include a profile picture

  1. Click on Profile
  2. Click Change Profile Photo
  3. Upload your photo

If you want to include a Cover Photo

  1. Click on Profile
  2. Click Change Cover Image
  3. Upload your cover phone
