I graduated from the renowned Swedish Institute of New York City / College of Health Sciences in 2003 and therefore have a strong medical massage background and a dedicated interest in wellness through the therapeutic use of various bodywork techniques and modalities. In addition to my NYS massage license I also hold the National Certification title since 2004.
I am also a former successful competitive ballroom dancer and have learnt early on of the importance of achieving and maintaining balance with exercise, wellness and ways of stress relief for a healthy life.
In my leisure time I have regularly and successfully instructed a fitness/aerobics class for a sports club for several years.
