Mark L Perkins, LMT CSCS is the owner of Riverside Muscular Therapy Llc.

Physical conditioning and rehabilitation is an educational experience. I provide my clients with information to empower them through all aspects of their health. Integrating various training methods and emphasizing proper movement mechanics, develops fun, challenging and safe physical programs. Various muscular/massage therapy treatments enhance performance, relieve pain, and advance the rehabilitation of an injury. For over 20 years, I have pursued education from top practitioners and educators in the field of soft tissue management and sport performance. Since 2010, I have focused my practice on The Stecco Fascial Manipulation Method. I have traveled to Italy to be trained at the Stecco Clinic and learn first hand from Luigi, Antonio and Carla Stecco and have completed all 3 levels of training. I am a founding member of the Fascial Research Society and enjoy hosting professionals offering continuing education courses. I focus on how fascia and the body accept and transfer force to create physical expression. I have worked with professional/amateur athletes of the NFL, MLB, PGA, as well as Olympians, Junior Olympians, Ironman triathletes and I volunteer at the Lake Placid Ironman.

When not engaged at work, I devote my time to my daughter and son, my Harley, and enjoying the outdoors.
